Film Forward Ltd (company number 11640923) (“we”) is responsible for the personal information you share with us. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, event date and message. If you book with us, we also hold the details needed to deliver the work, such as your address, contracts, invoices and payment records.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to provide and invoice for our services, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising, and this site doesn’t use tracking cookies.

Who processes it

The website and our records are hosted by Cloudflare. Emails are delivered by an email provider acting on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records relating to bookings, contracts and invoices are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for company records.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@filmforwardmedia.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
